WL. 1824A offers woodturners a variety of new features that make it the most versatile lathe in HBW's line. Constructed of heavy castiron, the bed, classically shaped legs, headstock, tailstock and tool rest assembly provide over 170kgs of stability when turning. Thenewly designed headstock can swivel 180 degrees for outboard turning! The lathe has 3 additional machined surfaces on the sides ofthe bed to mount this special bed extension that increase the turning options even further and give the need for working on the largestbowls or oversized spindle projects.
